Cheesecakes

Decadent cheesecakes made using a variety of techniques. I'm a huge fan of smooth textured cheesecakes with a light but creamy filling and just the right amount of base. Cheesecakes are a real cloud pleasing dessert to bring to a dinner party and definitely a favorite in my household. There are also some vegetarian cheesecakes below, which are absolutely delicious whether you are vegetarian or not!
