One of my favorite things to make in my Ninja Creami is slushies. Fun, frosty and great for any time of year. So I simply had to whip up a frosty slushy cocktail in my Ninja Creami.
Don't have a Ninja Creami? No problem! I'll tell you how to make this frozen Bellin cocktail without one with the same ingredients.

Ingredients
Sparkling wine: for a budget-friendly option use Prosecco or go for something extra special with Champagne.
Fresh peaches: I love the clean look of white peaches but this would equally well with yellow peaches. You want really ripe, sweet, juicy peaches to give the best flavor.
Sugar: a little granulated sugar helps boost the flavor of this frozen cocktail and make it really sing. If you have particularly ripe fruit you may get away without the sugar. Test your mix before adding the sugar and see what you think, keeping in mind the flavor will dull once frozen.
How to make a Bellini slushy

Peel your peaches by using a small sharp knife to mark an X in the bottom, then carefully peel back the skin. If you are having trouble removing the skin you can blanch them briefly in boiling water then transfer to ice water. See my peach cheesecake recipe for more information.
Dice and blitz the peeled peaches. Measure your prosecco and stir with a spoon to flatten it. Measure and add the blitzed peaches and sugar and blitz or stir well.
Reserve ¾ cup of the mix, cover and chill in the fridge until needed.
Without a Ninja Creami:
Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until solid. Once frozen blend with the reserved liquid in a blender or a tall jug with an immersion blender.
In a regular Ninja Creami:
Fill to the Max fill line and freeze for 24 hours. Spin on sorbet. Add the reserved liquid and mix until a slushy consistency is reached. You may need to leave it on the bench for a few minutes for it to become more liquid.
In a Ninja Creami Delux:
Pour the rest of the mix into the Ninja pint until it reaches the Drinkable Freeze Fill line. Freeze for 24 hours.
Once frozen add the reserved liquid and fill to the Drinkable Pour In line. Spin on Full and Slushi. If you want a more liquid slushy Respin.
How to serve
To serve this frozen Bellini spoon it into a glass, pop in a straw and enjoy! Fabulous for brunch on a warm day or for a NYE party or celebration.
How to store
Once blended the slushi should be served and eaten/drunk straight away, or it will melt. You can store the frozen mix for up to a month, but the peach pulp may start to turn brown over time.
The reserved liquid needs to be consumed within 3 days.
Tips for success and frequently asked questions
Can I make this with tinned peaches?
In theory yes, but I haven't tested this recipe with tinned peaches.
Can I make this with any other type of fruit?
You sure can. Try a Mimosa with orange juice or a Rossini with strawberry (recipes coming soon!).

Equipment
- Ice cube trays, regular or deluxe Ninja Creami
Ingredients
Without a Ninja Creami
- Use either amounts, just make sure you have enough ice cube trays.
Regular Ninja Creami
- 1 cup Sparkling wine such as Prosecco
- 4 or 5 very ripe peaches (to make 1 & â…“ cups peach puree)
- 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
Deluxe Ninja Creami
- 1 & â…“ cups (335mls) Sparkling wine such as Prosecco
- 5 or 6 very ripe peaches (to make 1 & â…“ cups peach puree)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Instructions
- NB make sure you have room in your freezer for your Ninja pint or ice cube traysfirst. The liquid in the Ninja pint needs to freeze flat, not on an angle.
- Peel, dice and blitz the peaches. You should have approx 1 (regular Ninja) to 1 and â…“ cups (Ninja Delux) of peach puree.
- Pour the prosecco into the pint and stir to remove some bubbles.
- Add the peach puree and sugar to the Prosecco. Mix well.
- Reserve ½ (regular Ninja) to ¾ cup (Ninja Delux) of the mix. Cover and chill in the fridge until needed.
- Without a Ninja Creami:
- Freeze the mix in ice cube trays until solid.
- Add the reserve mix and blend with a blender or in a tall jug with an immersion blender until a slushy consistency forms.
- In the regular Ninja Creami:
- Pour the mix into the Ninja pint till the Max Fill line.
- Freeze for 24 hours.
- Spin on sorbet.
- Add the reserved liquid and mix until a slushy consistency forms.
- In the Ninja Creami Delux:
- Pour the mix into the Ninja pint until the Drinkable, Freeze Fill line.
- Freeze for 24 hours.
- Add the reserved liquid to the Drinkable, Pour In line.
- Spin on Full and Slushi.
