Coconut popsicles
These coconut popsicles are fresh, creamy and delicious. With just four ingredients and no refined sugar they are a vegan treat the whole family will love.

Ingredients
1
can (13.5 fl oz/400 mls )
full fat coconut milk
2
tablespoons
coconut sugar
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
¼
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Give the can of coconut milk a good shake to incorporate any cream that may have settled. Open the can and pour the milk into a jug.
Add the coconut sugar, vanilla and salt and mix well.
Pour into molds, add sticks and freeze for four hours or until firm.
Once frozen remove from the molds and enjoy!
