Orange popsicles

These orange popsicles are bright and refreshing. With just two ingredients and no refined sugar they are a great healthy treat the whole family can enjoy.

Equipment

  • Popsicle molds and sticks

Ingredients

  • 6 large oranges
  • 1 and ½ tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  • Juice the oranges and pour the juice into a jug.
  • Add the honey and stir well until all the honey is mixed in.
  • Pour the mix into the popsicle molds.
  • Add sticks and freeze for at least four hours or until firm.
  • Remove from molds and enjoy! Mind the drips!

Notes

You can swap the honey for white sugar or maple syrup if you prefer.  
If using maple syrup keep in mind you will be able to taste this in the popsicles.
